Healthcare Professionals & Candidates
Is registration free for healthcare professionals?
Yes. Creating your profile, uploading qualifications, and applying to vacancies is 100% free. We never charge candidates to browse, apply, or receive interview invitations.
Does a completed profile mean I am verified?
No. Profile completeness and credential verification are distinct. Each credential you submit (such as State Medical Council registration or degree certificates) is reviewed individually, with its specific verification status clearly indicated on your profile.
Who can see my profile and contact details?
Only approved, verified healthcare facilities can search discoverable profiles. You can switch discoverability off at any time. Uploaded private documents are never displayed in public searches, and your direct contact details are revealed only when you mutually accept an interview invitation.
How do interview invitations work?
Approved hospitals send structured invitations containing the specific role, interview format (in-person, telephonic, or video), proposed timeslot, and venue or video link. You can accept, decline, or request an alternate time without penalty.
What if a hospital reports something untrue about my joining?
You have full agency to review, confirm, or dispute any recorded joining report in your candidate portal. Disputed outcomes trigger an independent reviewer audit, and recruiter billing is frozen while an active dispute is resolved.

How does a healthcare institution join?
Register your hospital or clinic, submit organizational accreditation and authorized representative proof, accept standard employer terms, and submit for verification. Our compliance team verifies institutional legitimacy before candidate discovery access is activated.
What does it cost employers to hire?
Subscriptions begin after a free pilot trial — transparent monthly and annual plans are documented on our pricing page. Outcome-based recruitment fees apply only where explicitly agreed, and strictly upon confirmed joining.
How are CRMI internship seats verified?
Medical internship placements are cross-referenced with National Medical Commission (NMC) accreditation records. Placements that have not yet undergone official verification are clearly designated as 'Provider claims site — not yet verified' to protect candidates.
