These terms govern the use of HospiCareers by healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and administrative recruitment partners.
Platform Nature & Scope
HospiCareers is a healthcare recruitment marketplace and talent platform. We facilitate transparent connections between accredited healthcare providers and verified medical practitioners. We do not act as an unlicensed employment agency.
Truth in Representation & Credential Integrity
Professionals must represent their true clinical qualifications, experience, and registration numbers. Falsification of statutory council registrations (NMC/State Medical Council/Nursing Council) results in immediate account termination and potential regulatory reporting.
Institutional Verification & Anti-Spam
Only verified healthcare facilities may access candidate discovery. Hospitals agree not to scrape candidate details, send bulk unsolicited spam invitations, or recruit outside stated platform transparency standards.
Independent Outcomes & Dual-Confirmation
Recruitment fee milestones and outcomes are established strictly upon mutual confirmation between the candidate and the hiring hospital. Either party may dispute an outcome, freezing billing until audited by an independent compliance reviewer.
Data Sovereignty & Privacy
Candidate discoverability settings are strictly respected. Contact information is shielded until an interview is accepted. Access to confidential candidate records is permanently audited.
